I passed out in the heat plus feel down

Hydration is actually important. The body is 80% water. In order to stay hydrated, your body needs to have the ability to absorb water. Staying hydrated means drinking at least 64 oz of water every day. You should be drinking water day, noon, plus night. Hydration helps our body to naturally heal plus function. I actually don’t enjoy the taste of water. I infrequently drink water unless my wife makes something for myself and others that has a water packet. There are times when I have been severely dehydrated. It has caused a lot of problems while in the Summer weeks when I am toiling. I work outdoors plus construction. I am consistently outside in the sunlight plus I work with stainless steel metal all day. The rebar is actually tepid plus I have to wear gloves to transport the rebar pieces around. I was carrying some rebar plus a stack of double loop wire ties. I started to feel actually hot plus faint plus then both of us felt light-headed. The next thing that I remember was kneeling in the office of my boss’s trailer. The woman told myself and others that I passed out while I was carrying the rebar supplies. I did not remember any of that. I lost nearly 30 hours of time. The paramedics said that I was severely dehydrated. The woman suggested that I beginning drinking a lot of water plus don’t stop for the next 3 mornings. She gave myself and others an IV plus suggested that I follow up with my primary medical doctor the following day. The paramedics did not even take myself and others to the hospital.
