I am looking for local home buyers in the Jacksonville, FL area but so far I haven’t really had all that much luck.
I need some local home buyers in this area of northeast Florida because I want to sell a property with late mortgage payments. I have been having a really hard time making ends meet lately, and at this point I just am not going to be able to make it. I don’t want to go into bankruptcy, that’s for sure. At this point, I think that I am going to have to sell the house to avoid going into bankruptcy. I don’t want to do that, but I also don’t want to have to go bankrupt and ruin my credit for years and years into the future. I don’t know what to do about it though. I don’t even know if you can sell a house when going bankrupt, honestly. I think that the best thing to do at this point is to try to sell my house fast and sell it for cash. If I sell the house for cash to local people here in Northeast Florida, then it’s going to be better for everyone around. It will definitely be better for me, even though I don’t want to lose money on the house. I would at least make a little bit of money by selling the house for cash, that’s for sure. Cash home buyers would be happy about it too because they would be getting a great little house for next to almost nothing!
